Holy sh*t! This thing is amazing. I just took a first pass with chicken breasts and asparagus. I usually cook sous sous vide and this was better. I was ferrying kids between volleyball and basketball letting it roll. My girls ate every bite when we got home. The searing capability is unreal. Great job.
It's a great machine! I cooked buttermilk herb marinaded chicken breasts in my sous vide and simultaneously cooked some in my Cinder for an hour. We did a side by side taste comparison test and the one from Cinder was as juicy as the one from the sous vide. We like our steaks med-rare (heading towards rare) so I have adjusted the cooking temp of my rib eyes to 127 and they come out like a picture every time!
Really liking the Cinder. It's very convenient and knowing it isn't a reckless grill makes me comfortable I won't ruin food. Awesome device. Cinder is a beautiful creation. It's easy to clean. The anti-stick coating is nice quality.
